How much does CharterVote cost?
There is a free tier that lets you run an election for up to 25 eligible voters at no cost. Larger elections are covered by paid plans, priced either per election by the number of voters or by an annual membership plan for organisations that vote regularly. The current options are listed on our pricing page.
How do voters receive their tokens?
After an administrator approves a voter's registration, they automatically receive their unique voting token via email.
Can votes be traced back to voters?
No. Our system is designed to completely separate voter identity from vote content. Once cast, votes cannot be traced.
How do I create a team?
Click "Create Your Team" and follow the registration process. You can then invite other administrators and start creating elections.
Can I run multiple elections?
Yes. You can run as many separate elections as you need, each with its own candidates, settings and voter registrations. Your plan sets how many eligible voters each election may include.
What if a voter loses their token?
Administrators can resend tokens to approved voters from the election management dashboard.
